CAC Children Choir under direction of Alma Richeh and CAC Youth Orchestra under direction of Layth Sidiq will perform with their music instructors in a memorable concert of classical and contemporary Arabic music.

The Children's Choir under direction of Alma Richeh, was established on March 2, 2014.
It is the First Arab-American children's choir in Massachusetts.

Established in 2018, the CAC Youth Orchestra under direction of Layth Sidiq, welcomes students between the ages of 6-16 to study and perform Arabic music in an interactive group environment. At the Center for Arab Culture Youth’s Orchestra, students will benefit from studying with some of the best Arab musicians in the country, both privately and as a group, as well as being part of a dedicated ensemble that will prepare and perform Arab music from its traditional repertoire to its contemporary.  The program consists of two ensembles, one for students with one year experience and the other for intermediate and Advanced students. CAC Takht Ensemble consists of CAC Youth Orchestra Music Instructors who are a group of award winning Arab American musicians. Layth Sidiq, is an award-winning violinist, composer, and educator. A Jordanian with Iraqi roots, Layth is currently the director of the NY Arabic Orchestra and CAC Youth Orchestra program. Naseem Al Atrash, Acclaimed Palestinian multi-style cellist/composer, Naseem Alatrash is a striking example of a unique musical voice from the Middle East. Tareq Rantissi, is a world percussionist, composer, and educator. Ghassan Sawalhi, is a Palestinian singer/songwriter, producer, audio engineer, composer, arranger & Oudist., Bengisu Gökçe, Turkish born and raised, Bengisu Gökçe is a multi-genre Violinist and Singer, known for combining in her music the Turkish roots with Eastern-European and Middle-Eastern traditions. To read more about each musician please click here CAC Youth’s Orchestra – Center for Arabic Culture (cacboston.org)
